Ben has diverse experience in health, marketing, finance and management consulting.
Previous to his current role Ben was the Director of Commercialisation Services for the Health Sciences portfolio at Flinders University. This involved the development and commercialisation of technologies from the universities $41million health sciences research & development budget. Ben achieved three technology transfer deals within a 12 month period.
He has also spent 5 years as a strategy consultant with Deloitte advising clients such as BHP Billiton, SA Water and SAAB Systems. As a Senior Consultant, Ben managed projects ranging from process improvement initiatives to technology market validation exercises.
He has been an investment committee member of a $30million seed fund (Trans Tasman Commercialisation Fund) and worked with large US firms during his time with investment banking firm Morgan Stanley in Los Angeles. Most recently he led and completed the seed capital raising round for Re-Time.

Guy migrated to Australia from England in 2006 and has a diverse background in Sales, Marketing and Commercial Management. He has worked for global companies including America Online, Reuters and Fairfax Media, in UK, Australia, USA, UAE and The Netherlands.
Since spinning out Thereitis.com Pty Ltd from Flinders Partners, Guy has raised 2 rounds of Angel Investment, secured a competitive Commercialisation Australia Grant worth $250,000 and secured valuable recognition for the company: Thereitis.com was voted Australia's Best Early Stage Company at Tech23 2011 and Top 50 Cool Company by Anthill Magazine.

Tanya has a diverse background, with experience and qualifications from several fields including marketing, information technology and healthcare. She is passionate about translating university research to the benefit of the wider community and believes in taking a commercial approach to facilitate this. Prior to her current role she was a Director of Commercialisation Services for the Faculties of Science and Engineering, Social and Behavioural Sciences and Education, Humanities and Law where she met many brilliant researchers and assisted them to partner with industry and government in various ways.
Tanya loves working with cutting edge software technologies and feels very fortunate to be surrounded by a smart and motivated team as they productise innovative technologies originating from the University. She was successful in winning a rare Researcher in Business grant to support early-stage R&D for CleverMe and is now in the process of securing seed funding and early customers for the business.
